A Church for Every Generation – that’s how we see ourselves, and that’s what we strive to be.
That means that no matter your age, your background, your life experiences, or where you are in your faith, you are welcome and valued here with us.
Through worship, study, fellowship and service we will be a church where individually and together we will:
Love Jesus deeply.
We will strive to love the Lord our God with all our heart and with all our soul and with all our mind – and to love our neighbors as ourselves.
Belong completely.
We will seek to be one, first with God as we surrender ourselves to Him, and then in unity with other believers as the body of Christ, the Church.
Grow continually.
We will deepen our spiritual knowledge, faith and commitment to Jesus Christ, as His Holy Spirit continues its transformational work in our lives.
Share Him freely.
We will answer His call to “go and make disciples” by sharing the Good News in words and actions in our neighborhood, community and world.

Our Charge
We are called to share the story of Christ and the Love of God in our church, our community, and the world. Essential to fulfilling this charge is a commitment to deepening the spiritual strength of Centenary Church and our Modesto area community.
