Modern Worship Leader - Employment Opportunity
Centenary United Methodist Church on McHenry Avenue between Norwegian and Tokay in Modesto, is seeking a part-time MODERN WORSHIP LEADER to oversee the church’s modern/contemporary music ministry.
We are seeking a person with a dynamic, growing faith; solid vocal and instrumental skills; and a proven ability to lead, from musicians to technical crew to worshippers.
The Modern Worship Leader will perform a variety of tasks, from working with the pastor to plan weekly and special services to selecting music to directing musicians for in-person as well as online worship.
The position is part-time, from 10 to 12 hours per week, including Sundays; the pay is based on experience.
