Low Impact Aerobics
Monday, Wednesday & Friday
9:00 - 10:00 AM
Great for all ages & fitness levels

Hi-Low Aerobics
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
5:30 - 6:30 PM
A bit more strenuous than our morning class...at times, may include
"Step Aerobics", "Cardio Kickbox", "Latin Salsa", or "Power Sculpt".

Senior Aerobics
Tuesday & Thursday
8:00 - 8:45 AM
Especially for Seniors or others with some physical limitations.
Many exercises are done in chairs -- no floor work.

6:30 - 8:00 pm
This class includes all styles of dance - no dance experience required.
Sessions are usually 10 - 12 weeks in length with a winter and summer break. Students can join at any time.
